BACON-WRAPPED BRUSSELS SPROUTS: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Season some brussels sprouts with salt, pepper and thyme. Wrap each sprout in a very thin slice of bacon and set these on a baking-sheet-covered wire rack in the oven. Bake them for 45 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
