Waterstone donates R51 000 to Door of Hope

AS part of their Madiba Day initiative Waterstone College learners were asked to contribute R67 which they decided would be donated to Door of Hope.

Door of Hope has been making a difference in South Africa for 18 years and helped a total of 1 613 babies. They are in the process of building a village, where the babies can become part of a family, a village of hope.

“Waterstone College learners donated upwards of R67 and we managed to raise R51 000 for the organisation. Door of Hope believes that every child matters and we at Waterstone College agree,” said Shandene Hinkley, marketing manager at Waterstone College.
